1. raw material preparation
Raw material selection: high quality fiber grade polyester chips are selected as raw materials.
Pretreatment: polyester chips are subjected to crystallization and drying treatment to remove moisture and bound water on the surface of the chips, so that the crystallinity of the chips is improved and the water content is reduced to about 30ppm.
 

2. melt spinning
Melt extrusion: The dried polyester chips enter a screw extruder and melt into a polyester melt.

Spinning: The melt passes through the spinneret to form a thin melt stream, which is rapidly cooled by the side blowing to form continuous filaments.

3. acupuncture reinforcement
Laying: the fiber net is evenly laid on the conveyor belt of the needle punching machine.
